Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We securely process all payments through PayPal, which supports both PayPal accounts and direct Debit/Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, email us immediately at support@larvacean.com. Once an order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” changes are no longer possible.

Q: Will I be charged immediately?

Yes, payment is captured at the time the order is placed to ensure your items are reserved and processed promptly.

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

Q: What are the shipping rates and times?

  • Rate: $6.99 Flat Rate for all orders.
  • Processing: 2–5 business days (Mon–Sat).
  • Delivery: 5–12 business days via standard shipping.

Q: How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

Q: My package says “Delivered” but I can’t find it.

Check with neighbors or your local post office first. Larvacean is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a successful delivery scan by the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Q: Which items are eligible for return?

Bags must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we cover the cost. For “change of mind” or personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
