Larvacean respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Larvacean website (https://larvacean.com).

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all content hosted on our site, including product photography, bag descriptions, graphics, and customer reviews. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any material claimed to be infringing.

2. Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our DMCA Agent with a written notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL.
• Your contact info: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.

3. Response to Notices

Upon receipt of a valid notice, Larvacean will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the content provider. Incomplete notices may result in processing delays or rejection.

4. DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. This must include your contact info, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good faith belief of the mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Larvacean maintains a policy to terminate access privileges for users or vendors deemed to be repeat infringers at our sole discretion.

6. Liability for Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
