Intellectual Property Claim

Larvacean is committed to respecting the intellectual property (IP) rights of others. We expect our users and partners to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of IP infringement on https://larvacean.com.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy covers all forms of intellectual property, including but not limited to:

• Copyright: Unauthorized use of bag designs, photography, or text.
• Trademarks: Misuse of brand names, logos, or slogans.
• Counterfeit Goods: Products that illegally imitate a brand’s identity.

2. How to File an IP Claim

To file a formal notice of infringement, please email our compliance team at support@larvacean.com with the subject line “Intellectual Property Claim”. Your notice must include:

• Contact Info: Your full legal name, address, and email.
• Proof of Ownership: Registration numbers (for Trademarks/Patents) or links to original work (for Copyrights).
• The Infringing URL: The specific link(s) on Larvacean where the material is located.
• Good Faith Statement: A declaration that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• Accuracy Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Review Process

Upon receiving a complete claim:

• Evaluation: We will review the claim within 3–5 business days.
• Action: We may temporarily disable or remove the contested material during investigation.
• Resolution: We will notify the affected party and either permanently remove or restore the content based on our findings.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. If the original claimant does not initiate legal action within 10–14 business days of receiving your counter-notice, we may restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Larvacean maintains a “Three Strikes” policy. We reserve the right to terminate access or permanently ban any user or vendor determined to be a repeat infringer of IP rights.
