  • Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 5–12 business days.

Note: Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times.

3. Shipping Rates

We utilize a simple flat-rate shipping model for all domestic orders, regardless of size or weight:

4. Tracking Your Order
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please email support@larvacean.com.
5. Address Accuracy & Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • Larvacean is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned as “Undeliverable,” the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
6. Delivery Issues: Lost, Stolen, or Damaged
  • Risk of Loss: Once transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
  • Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@larvacean.com with photos of the packaging and product.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been assigned a tracking number, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If you need to edit an address, please email us immediately.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” to request a return. Requests made after this window are generally not eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a successful return, your bag must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Packaging: Must include all original dust bags, tags, and internal stuffing to maintain the bag’s shape.
  • Cleanliness: Free of odors (perfume, smoke), pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Non-Returnable: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
3. Return Shipping Fees

Shipping responsibility is determined by the reason for return:

  • Defective/Wrong Item: Larvacean covers the cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind/Wrong Color: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at support@larvacean.com with your Order Number.
  2. Wait for our team to review your request (usually within 24–48 hours).
  3. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
  4. Securely package the bag to prevent crushing during transit and ship it back to us.
5. Refunds & Processing
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your bag arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damage and the shipping label to expedite your replacement or refund.
